Comprehensive Pediatrics is proud to annount the opening of our THIRD office on Targee St by Fingerboard Rd. We are looking for a very strong front desk receptionist with a good strong understanding of the maze and craze of health insurance. Our office accepts virtually all health insurnace and we need someone who understands billing and insurance well, especially in a pediatric setting. At the front desk you will meet and greet patients, sign them in, create medical records/charts, schedule followups, access the computer for verification of demographics on the patient and the like.
You must have good strong computer skills, keyboard dexterity and excellent phone manner. You need to be able to move patients through the system efficiently in what could be a chaotic environment.
The job is for SATurdays and SUNdays, permanent. You will need sometime during the week for basic training. Then, the ideal person, will run that front desk Sats and Sundays. Resumes, salary requirements, and tell us what computer software you are versed in.
